LIGHT FOG CAN BE EXPECTED THIS MORNING ALONG WITH WIDESPREAD  
LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN AS A DISTURBANCE MOVES ACROSS THE REGION.  
THIS DISTURBANCE WILL SHIFT EAST THROUGH TONIGHT AND A STOUT  
SURFACE HIGH TO THE NORTHWEST WILL BRING A MUCH COOLER AND DRIER  
AIRMASS TO THE AREA TONIGHT. COOLER THAN NORMAL TEMPERATURES AND  
DRY WEATHER IS EXPECTED FRIDAY INTO SUNDAY MORNING BUT RAIN  
CHANCES WILL INCREASE FROM THE WEST SUNDAY AFTERNOON AS ANOTHER  
LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM BRINGS WIDESPREAD RAIN TO THE REGION SUNDAY  
NIGHT THROUGH MONDAY NIGHT. COOLER THAN NORMAL TEMPERATURES ARE
